Lost or Delayed Packages
Moodlet™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Marked as Delivered
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you believe your package was stolen or misplaced after delivery.
